Opportunity for Artists & Artisians

The Beta Sigma Phi Arts and Crafts Show at the Louisiana Peach Festival has been run by Beta Sigma Phi for more than 30 years.  It is one of the largest one-day shows in the south.  More than 150 vendors fill the inside (juried) and outside of the Ruston Civic Center each year on the 4th Saturday of June.  This year it is June 22.  The Peach Festival draws more than 20,000 visitors each year.  The inside of the Civic Center is a juried event with 6 cash prizes for best crafts. Items for sale in the juried section must be all handmade/designed by the artist represented in the application.  Prints are allowed.  The inside jury date has past, but there are a couple of booths left for qualified applicants.  Inside booths are $100, outside booths are $75.  Outside booths must still have a majority of items handmade/designed.  There is a section in the front yard that is for resale items called “Trenton Street Marketplace” and that is run by the Ruston Chamber of Commerce.  Applications for each section are available online or by contacting me.
