More than a dozen local artists will have booths selling everything from paintings to homemade jewelry. It's being held at the Villagio Apartment shops on Texas Ave. from10 A.M. until 4 P.M.
"Everything will be small and easy to take home. We have a variety of different types of art forms from painting to jewelry to leatherworking. So, it stretches the gamut. Not to mention we have artists who've been working twenty plus years and high school kids who just started," said Leigh Anne Chambers, Bossier Arts Council Executive Director.
One high school student's work will also be up for sale as part of his senior project.
"They're our next generation of artists so we have to foster and create a place for them to come and feel like they can express themselves through their art," said Robin Jones, Bossier Arts Council.
Young musicians are also set to take the stage through the day. 25 teen bands will take turns playing sets. Look for the full story on the 5 and 6 o'clock Broadcasts.
